World class mineral quality equal to the finest spas of Germany and Switzerland.

Soaking in hot mineral laden water has been celebrated for centuries.

We know so much more today about the benefits of relaxation and the impact of stress upon our health. Studies have shown that stress may contribute to headaches, insomnia, depression, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and increase risks of heart attack. Relaxing with a good long soak in a natural hot springs near the pristine Yellowstone is an excellent way to let go of the stress that modern day life imposes.

To give you a visual of the water you soak in at YHS, we contacted Dr. Masaru Emoto’s company.

Emoto's Company photographed the YHS water

Masaru Emoto, 1943-2014, was a well known Japanese author, whose photographic research with water crystals is known world wide. His work focused on taking photographs of samples of water ranging from clear mountain streams to heavily polluted rivers. He also did experiments with water that had been prayed over by Buddhist monks, had music played, or had words both, positive and negative, overlaid. His findings show a wide array of crystal quality and design, ranging from detailed geometric shapes to fractured and misshapen ones. We sent samples of our water to his team in Japan to be photographed.

The photograph above is from the collection they sent back.

There is a striking resemblance between Yellowstone Hot Spring’s water crystals and one of Emoto’s prior experimental photographs. Our water crystal above closely resembles Emoto’s crystal from a water sample that had the Japanese character for love and gratitude written on its container.

The water here is more than just a pretty face. Whether you come to us from science or folk tradition, we can all agree on how necessary and beneficial minerals are for the human body.
